Anxiety Disorders & Treatment Clinic
The Anxiety Disorders Treatment Clinic (ADTC) offers assessment
and evidence-based cognitive behaviour therapy (including follow-up
services) for people with anxiety and trauma-related disorders.
Individuals may self-refer or be referred by a medical professional.
ADTC also offers intervention for Anxiety disorders with related difficulties such as: Drug and Alcohol Issues Eating Disorders Sleep Disorders Mood Disorders Performance Anxiety Fear of flying Perfectionism Depersonalisation
Additionally, ADTC provides therapeutic and assessment services for insurance claims and Employee Assistance Programs.
Mission Statement The
Anxiety Disorders & Treatment Clinic’s mission is to reduce or
eliminate psychological distress resulting from anxiety and trauma
through the provision of brief cognitive behavioural intervention aimed
at increasing the individual’s personal control and quality of life.
